III. Basic Specification of Solar Tank Welding Machine
1. Two welding torches work simultaneously to improve work efficiency.
2. Japan Omron / Panasonic PLC is as the welding system. Machine chooses human-machine interface to change welding parameters, for example welding current, welding voltage, arc length, arc delay time, etc. Welding parameters can be stored and called.
3. Oscillating unit and arc tracking are optional.
4. Square guide rails are installed on the base. The pneumatic tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rails to meet the requirements of various length of welding.
5. Solar tank is clamped and positioned automatically. Solar tank welding machine ensures uniform welding seam.
